Our laboratory service for vet practices is straightforward to set up and simple to run. Once your account is established, we provide a bespoke vet pack containing your practice’s personalised laboratory request form, universal sample tubes, and prepaid return carriage to the laboratory. This means your team has everything they need in one place, with no additional equipment required on your end. Results are emailed directly back to your practice, allowing you to communicate findings to your clients and provide any clinical aftercare or treatment as needed.
All testing is carried out entirely within our own purpose-built laboratory by highly trained analysts who process tens of thousands of samples annually. Parasite identification and quantification is their sole focus which means accuracy, consistency and fast turnaround as standard.
Our worm egg screens go beyond a basic egg count: we report on every species found, provide a quantitative analysis, and flag the presence of coccidia, excess fats, oils and microscopic undigested food particles as standard. This additional detail is regularly cited by the practices we work with as a valuable diagnostic tool in its own right.
All tests are invoiced monthly, keeping administration straightforward for your accounts team. There are no hidden charges, and pricing is discussed and agreed before your account is set up.
